Exciting, fun, functional movement space. Ninja Play Byron Bay is a space for natural movement, learn strength and fitness through play. Move the way our bodies are designed while evolving into the best version of ourselves. We also offer specific obstacle training similar to those in Ninja Warrior, Spartan and Tough Mudder. We are a place for learning and development of strength and stamina in both body and mind. Feel empowered in overcoming obstacles and challenges. Grow and believe in yourself.

Whether you’re delighting children at a kid’s birthday bash, entertaining your adult family at a barbeque, or looking for a team building activity for your next corporate retreat, the obstacle course is your go-to for all-day fun. We cater to all difficulty levels from child to adult, to make sure no one misses out on the fun.

Want to be a Ninja?
When enrolling into our Intro to Ninja course you can expect to be trained to compete against a course at the end of our 4, 8 or 12 week sessions. The course includes one specific ninja course session each week which is exclusive to only those on the ninja course. This session, after a warm up works on developing a specific ninja skill required for certain obstacles and each session you will learn and practice the new skills, in addition to this class every person on the ninja course gets to attend one of our Intro to Ninja classes (we run 4 each week). This class works on fundamental movement methods and strength and conditioning exercises and drills together with ninja tips to help with the course and as a promotion for the first course for ninja play we are offering an additional class of your choice each week for free!
Team of expert Coaches
We focus on movement coaching and strength and conditioning techniques. We enhance physical performance by highlighting and correcting the weak links in the body, whilst simultaneously addressing individual fitness and performance goals.
