Functional Fitness Studio

Train with me at Lisa Parkes Functional Fitness Studio in Byron Bay. This is results based training full of energy, enthusiasm and motivation. If you’re struggling with motivation a helping hand is all you may need!

Cost effective and a great way to share some time with your partner or friends... Get you friends together and book in for group training sessions! Have fun, share the positive effects of training with others, get the sweat pouring and the body toning! Small group functional movement classes, maximum 8 people in the session allowing individual coaching.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are fully functional with awareness on postural needs involving a combination of essential strength and conditioning work (fitballs, pilates, bosu, power bands, tyres, ropes, weights equipment and your own body weight), cardiovascular training (using machines, the outdoors, boxing) and assisted stretching and mind body work.

Health is your number one asset and with a wholistic approach incorporating good nutrition, effective exercise, power of the mind and time out for you, will ensure your workout and effort is rewarded to achieve the results you desire.

Rehabilitation

Sessions involve analysing posture, neuromuscular mechanisms, imbalances and injuries past and present to help you make a full recovery from an injury or improve your posture and simply reduce daily pain by re-training the body so that alignment is perfect. Private medical rebates available

Team of expert Coaches

We focus on movement coaching and strength and conditioning techniques. We enhance physical performance by highlighting and correcting the weak links in the body, whilst simultaneously addressing individual fitness and performance goals.
