PERSONAL
TRAINING

Lisa offers the option of one-on-one sessions, or shared sessions of either 2 or 4 people, in her boutique studio. Online Personal Training is also available via Zoom or FaceTime. All sessions are 1 hour in duration. Various membership options are available and all members enjoy a tailored, personal experience.

At our Retreats and Immersions we provide a space to educate, motivate and inspire you to make your Health your number one priority. We will supply you with multiple tools to make the permanent changes you need to maximise your health and overall wellness so you can live with purpose and passion feeling amazing!

Our Goal is that every participant leaves the retreat/immersion feeling rejuvenated, connected, inspired, and self motivated to be the best version of themselves out there in the world.
